Adria is an award-winning Real Estate Sales Representative with over 15 years of industry experience. She has vast knowledge in the leasing and sale of commercial properties (investment, industrial, retail, office, and multi-family properties). In addition to her commercial expertise, Adria also has extensive experience assisting both buyers and sellers with a wide range of residential properties—including rural and urban homes, condominiums, waterfront properties, and vacant land—throughout Durham Region, the GTA, Kawartha Lakes, and surrounding areas.

A lifelong local, Adria was born in Port Perry, Ontario, and has called Durham Region home for over 40 years. Having spent the majority of her professional life working within the community, she brings an unmatched depth of local insight and connection. This strong regional knowledge allows her to offer clients a distinct advantage when navigating the real estate market.

Adria graduated with honours from the Georgian College Advertising program. With over 13 years of experience in the marketing and advertising industry, her creative expertise includes everything from concept development to final production, as well as campaign strategy, budget management, event coordination, sales and customer service leadership.

Inspired by her family’s involvement in real estate and development, Adria furthered her education by obtaining her real estate license in 2006. Since then, she has successfully blended her marketing and design background with her passion for real estate to provide an elevated level of service to her clients.
